Regarding an article written by Glenn Kessler, Michelle Ye Hee Lee in the The Washington Post - ‎Wednesday‎, ‎July‎ ‎26‎, ‎2017

I am sick and tired of hateful left-wing fanatics like you trying to nitpick every single sentence that President Trump utters. Half of what you profess has little or nothing to do with what he says, but you cherry-pick everything for any negative that you can claim. How about some real negatives which were uttered by a lying president before. How about “You can keep your doctor.” Now that is a big purposeful LIE! How about “Your health insurance premiums will go down.” How about “I will investigate the Fast and Furious scandal.” How about “The 33,000 emails that I deleted were all personal emails.” How about “I will investigate the blatant discrimination against conservative organizations by the IRS.” The entire 8 years of the Obama administration was nothing but lies, lies and more lies, and you have the gall to expend monstrous amounts of energy to find idiotic and inane points to nitpick President Trump about. By the way, there is very substantial evidence of collusion between Ukraine sources and the DNC which far surpasses anything you will ever find regarding collusion between President Trump and the Russians. However I am sure that that will not deter you from continuing your ongoing “Russian witch hunt”. Since you are so dedicated to spreading propaganda, why don’t you go write for North Korea’s “news”. I am sure that they can use someone with your dubious talent!

More democrats break the law

An Article by Joe Crowe
·         The Postal Service is in violation of The Hatch Act for allowing employees to do work for Hillary Clinton and other Democratic candidates during leave from the Service, the Office of Special Counsel said.
The Hatch Act is a federal law that puts limitations on federal employees’ political activities.
Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., brought complaints by a constituent to the Office of Special Counsel in October, Fox News reported.
That constituent was a Postal Service employee, who said the agency "incurred unnecessary overtime costs" when it allowed members of the National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) to have "union official" leave so they could participate in the political campaigns.
The work included manning phone banks, going door to door, and other efforts to get out the vote in 2016 battleground states, mainly Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, the report said.
Adam Miles, OSC acting special counsel, said the Hatch Act prohibits the Postal Service "facilitating and directing carrier releases for the union’s political activity."
The Senate Homeland Security Committee is holding a hearing Wednesday on the case.
In Miles' prepared statement to the committee, he said the practice is “long-standing, going back many election cycles, and perhaps started in the 1990s," the Fox News report said.
"As a federal entity, the USPS must remain politically neutral," Miles said in his remarks, Fox News reported.
"In many localities, the Postal Service is a citizen’s primary point of contact with the federal government, reinforcing the need for strict adherence to the letter and the spirit of the Hatch Act,” Miles said in the remarks, Fox News reported.

collusion with the Russians

On Friday, July 14th, the Associated Press in an article co-authored by Desmond Butler and Chad Day reported that an individual named Rinat Akhmetshin has ties to Russian intelligence agencies. They further noted that Mr Akhmetshin stated that there were people with Russian ties providing funding for the DNC and for the Hillary Clinton presidential campaign. Nowhere in their article did they state that the DNC or that the Hillary Campaign had refused the Russian funding. I am sure that this was a colossal Freudian slip that these co-authors accidentally included a gem of truth in their article. What were the Russian-related people buying from Hillary Clinton and the DNC for the ‘funding’ that was being given? In other words, one could ask ‘How much of a bribe was being paid, and what was being bought from Hillary and the DNC?”. It is crystal-clear that people with Russian ties paid the Clinton Foundation over 100 million dollars for Hillary Clinton’s approval of the sale of 20% or America’s uranium resources to a Russian company when she was the Secretary of State during the Uranium One deal. So what has changed? The democrats continue to collude with the Russians while at the same time making false accusations about President Trump colluding with the Russians. If we had an honest public media instead of hate-filled propagandists writing our news articles, then the Hillary ‘collusion’ would be reported in our news media. Don’t expect the truth to be aired in our ‘liberal’ media anytime in the near future, if ever!

much ado about nothing

An article

By Sandy Fitzgerald

A Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. insisted Tuesday that she has no connection with the Kremlin and that she'd sought the meeting to discuss a client's interest in the Magnitsky Act, not to share information about Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

"It is quite possible that maybe they were longing for such an information," the attorney, Natalia Veselnitskaya, told NBC's Kier Simmons in a live exclusive interview.

"They wanted it so badly that they could only hear the thought that they wanted."

Veselnitskaya said she's "never had any damaging or sensitive information" about Clinton, and further, it was "never my intention to have that."

Trump Jr. confirmed to The New York Times that he, accompanied by his brother-in-law, Jared Kushner and then-campaign manager Paul Manafort, had met with Veselnitskaya last year on June 9, two days after his father clinched the GOP presidential nomination.

He said the topic of conversation was primarily about adoption. Meanwhile, on Monday, The New York Times reported that the president's son had been told in an email sent before the meeting that the attorney had information that was part of Moscow's efforts to help his father's presidential campaign.

Veselnitskaya denied to Simmons, however, that she had any connection with the Russian government. Instead, she said she's been working for years to question the Magnitsky Act, which resulted in the United States imposing sanctions on Russian officials accused of human rights violations.

The Kremlin ended up banning the adoption of Russian children by Americans at the end of 2012, in response to the strict sanctions.

Kremlin officials denied Monday knowing Veselnitskaya.

Veselnitskaya did not name who set up her meeting with Trump Jr., but told Simmons that when she arrived at Trump Tower, she was met by music publicist Rob Goldstone, who had been involved in the Miss Universe pageant held in Moscow in 2013.

In a statement to The Associated Press on Monday, Goldstone said he set up a meeting between a Russian lawyer and Trump's son on behalf of a client in Moscow named Emin Agalarov.

President Donald Trump appeared in a music video with Agalarov in 2013. The video was filmed while he was in Russia for the Miss Universe pageant.

Veselnitskaya told Simmons that she was introduced to Trump's son after she entered a boardroom at Trump Tower. She noted there were two other men in the room, but did not know their names until she'd seen their photographs in the media.

"I could recognize the young gentleman who was only present in the meeting for probably the first seven to 10 minutes, and then he stood up and left the room," she told Simmons. "It was Mr. Jared Kushner. And he never came back, by the way."

Manafort, however, stayed in the meeting, but "all the time he was looking at his phone. He was reading something. He never took any active part in the conversation."

Veselnitskaya said the past days have been difficult for her since the story broke.

"One morning you wake up and all of a sudden you are the focus of all the high ranking, upstream media of the world," she told Simmons. "To summarize, those were not the happiest days of my life, I have to say. I have to break up my holiday. I have to take a trip back to Moscow, because I just wanted to be able to answer the questions myself."

Trump Jr.'s new attorney, Alan Futerfas, Monday said the president's son did not have any specific knowledge about what was to be discussed in the meeting and called reports about the matter "much ado about nothing."

He also pointed out that Veselnitskaya is not a government official, and that she'd not been a prosecutor since 2001.

An excerpt from an article By Zoe Papadakis

There's new hope for Charlie Gard, the critically ill British baby championed by President Donald Trump. The 11-month-old now has been welcomed at a leading New York City hospital.

New York Presbyterian Hospital and Columbia University Irving Medical Center offered to treat him with an experimental drug.

Charlie suffers from a rare and fatal genetic disease, mitochondrial depletion syndrome. European courts ruled that he be taken off life support pending no effective treatments for his condition, noted The New York Times.

Chris Gard and Connie Yates had revealed their intentions to take their son to the U.S to receive experimental therapy, but this was denied to them.

The case immediately gained global attention and received the support from President Donald Trump as well as Pope Francis, with both offering to help the family.
To add my own comment, the denial of medical care by the British Medical Group (read that as government-run medical care similar to what the democrats want here in the U.S.) is a perfect example of bureaucratic adherence to rules with no regard for human need.

more fake news

Statement from Kris Kobach, Kansas Secretary of State and Vice Chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity

“On June 28, the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity issued a letter requesting that states provide publicly available voter data as permitted under their state laws. At present, 20 states have agreed to provide the publicly available information requested by the Commission and another 16 states are reviewing which information can be released under their state laws. In all, 36 states have either agreed or are considering participating with the Commission's work to ensure the integrity of the American electoral system.

“While there are news reports that 44 states have "refused" to provide voter information to the Commission, these reports are patently false, more "fake news". At present, only 14 states and the District of Columbia have refused the Commission's request for publicly available voter information. Despite media distortions and obstruction by a handful of state politicians, this bipartisan commission on election integrity will continue its work to gather the facts through public records requests to ensure the integrity of each American's vote because the public has a right to know.”

Picture of democrat's future health care

Why do you hear about Canadians, Englishmen, and many others coming to America for their medical treatments? Could it be that we don't yet have the government-run, one-payer system that the democrats keep pushing?

·         President Donald Trump on Monday offered the nation's help to Charlie Gard, the terminally ill British baby with a rare genetic disease and brain damage.

Last week, his parents Connie Yates and Chris Gard lost a heart-wrenching legal battle to jet him to the United States for experimental therapy that British courts concluded will not work.

The Great Ormond Street Hospital in London was set to turn off Charlie's life support Friday. But the hospital later decided to give the parents more time with him.

And on Sunday, Pope Francis called for the parents to be allowed to do everything possible to treat the 10-month-old tot, reversing a previous Vatican position after a swell of complaints.

Charlie's parents raised nearly $1.7 million to pay for his treatment in the U.S. Twitter users have decried the British single-payer healthcare system for its refusal to let their son get treatment.

Charlie is unable to breathe on his own and relies on assistance from an oxygen machine.

Dump the legislative fillibuster

Senator McConnell has made the comment that the legislative filibuster WILL NOT be discarded while he is in his position in the senate. Dump McConnell!!! It should be obvious to everyone that the democrats are only interested in preventing any and all legislation that the Trump administration wants from being passed . To reiterate, the democrats don’t care at all for the welfare of the country. They are only interested in opposing Trump IN EVERYTHING! Combine this with the absolute knowledge that the democrats WILL discard the legislative filibuster just as soon as it is an impediment to their passage of bills in the future. The legislative filibuster is a totally useless mechanism designed for only one purpose, and that purpose is to ensure that 41 senators can force their will on a majority of 59 senators! It is intended to defeat the whole concept of a democracy. The concept of a democracy is that the majority rules. The filibuster is totally anti-democratic and should be discarded immediately and anyone that tries to reinstate it in the future should be run out of the senate on a rail. Let me say again. If senator McConnell will not permit the filibuster to be discarded then McConnell should be discarded!

Mueller should recuse himself

Robert Mueller, the lead of the special investigation into Russian interference of our election, is a good friend of James Comey. As a matter of fact, the two had a meeting before Comey testified before congress. In my opinion, the purpose of the meeting was to plan how Comey was to testify. It stinks of collusion and conflict of interest. There is absolutely no doubt that Mueller has an immense conflict of interest because his good friend, Comey’s reputation and career will be greatly impacted by the results of Mueller’s investigation. It stinks to high heaven. If Mueller had any integrity, he would immediately recuse himself from his position as leading the investigation. Instead, it appears that he intends to maintain his position for the sole purpose of steering the investigation away from prosecuting James Comey!

An article by Christopher Wallace

Acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe is under mounting scrutiny and increasing calls for him to step aside amid allegations of politicized leadership, conflicts of interest and significant investigative missteps at the nation’s top law enforcement agency.

McCabe’s close alliance with Trump nemesis and former director James Comey, the well-chronicled fact his wife took a huge campaign donation from Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe and a general suspicion of the Obama intelligence community brass are all leading to pressure on FBI Director-Nominee Christopher Wray to not keep him around, according to former FBI insiders.

The latest challenge is coming from a former FBI agent who told Fox News that McCabe has created an overly politicized environment at the bureau, and her career suffered because of it.

“There is no way McCabe can survive. I’d be surprised."

- Former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom

“McCabe is vicious to anyone who either stands up to him or is a threat to his ‘power’ and [he] is a screamer,” said former Supervisory Special Agent Robyn Gritz, who lost her job after 16 years with the FBI investigating some of the most high profile terrorist incidents in recent history, after getting tangled up with her superiors, who pushed her out and pulled her security clearance.

Kallstrom believes McCabe won't last at the FBI.

One of those superiors was McCabe.

“He saw me as a real threat to his climb because I knew my stuff and had been close to John Pistole, the prior deputy director. Andy resented that big time,” Gritz told Fox News.

According to Circa News, Gritz's sexual discrimination and retaliation complaint is one of three such administrative inquiries faced by McCabe.

Perhaps more damning, former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom said McCabe, who President Trump interviewed for the top job after firing Comey, may not have the bureau's rank and file behind him.

McAuliff was a big donor to McCabe's wife's failed Virginia legislative campaign.  (Associated Press)

“McCabe is where he’s at because he’s very good at relating up the chain of command, but not down the chain of command, and that’s very typical of bureaucracies,” Kallstrom said. “McCabe told Congress FBI morale is high. I have not heard one person from the bureau tell me the FBI is happy because the investigative unit was thrown in front of the bus.”

Kallstrom was referring to McCabe’s reported role in several controversial probes during the 2016 election. According to the Wall Street Journal, it was McCabe who told lower-level FBI investigators to “stand down” in their inquiry into whether illegal influence-peddling or financial crimes were being committed at the Clinton Foundation. Meanwhile, McCabe did not recuse himself from the investigation into presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s emails, despite an apparent conflict of interest involving his wife.

Jill McCabe’s losing campaign for a Virginia state Senate seat reportedly received $700,000 from Clinton allies at the same time that McCabe was second-in-command at the FBI during the investigation into her use of a personal email server for State Department business and alleged mishandling of classified information.

Comey declined to bring charges after determining that Clinton “lacked criminal intent.” Comey’s handling of the case was sharply criticized by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein in the memo outlining the rationale for firing Comey earlier this year. Kallstrom believes McCabe should have recused himself from any decisions involving the Clinton probe.

“I’ve talked to numerous agents that have some knowledge of what’s going on inside the FBI,” said Kallstrom. "The appearance of conflict of interest is substantial, and you can’t have a high position in the bureau and have even the apparent conflict of interest.”

Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, believes McCabe also has a conflict of interest in the ongoing probe into alleged Trump collusion with Russia in the 2016 election. The probe already cost retired U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn his job as Trump's national security adviser.

But even before the FBI eyed Flynn, he and McCabe had a history together, at the center of which was Gritz.

Grassley has questions for the Department of Justice, and they involve McCabe's role in the Russia probe.  (Reuters)

“McCabe wrote false and nasty comments on numerous documents about me when he had not one bit of proof of any lack of performance,” Gritz told Fox News, “I was always rated in the top two ratings.”

Flynn spoke out in her defense at the time, since the two had worked together when he led the Defense Intelligence Agency.

“I thought she was a real pro,” Flynn told NPR. Flynn was one of several top generals, including Stanley McChrystal and Keith Alexander, who wrote commendations for her counter-terrorism work, said Gritz.

In a June 29 letter addressed to Rosenstein, Grassley, who chairs the Senate Judiciary Committee, asked why McCabe did not recuse himself from the probe into Flynn’s connections to Russia. Justice Department protocol advises employees to recuse themselves from investigations if their involvement creates even the appearance of a conflict of interest.

With Flynn a potential witness for Gritz, Grassley wondered in his letter if McCabe “had any retaliatory motive against Flynn for being an adverse witness to him in a pending proceeding.”

Flynn came to the defense of Gritz, and was later targeted by an FBI probe that involved McCabe.  (Associated Press)

The FBI, DOJ and the government’s Office of Special Counsel would not comment for this report.

With all of the various controversies swirling and President Trump under pressure to "drain the swamp" and fight back against the so-called "deep state," Kallstrom is not betting on McCabe lasting much longer at the bureau. Wray, who was formally advanced by the White House this week, is expected to be confirmed when the Senate takes up his nomination.

“There is no way McCabe can survive," Kallstrom said. "I’d be surprised."
