The Clinton Foundaation by Charles Krauthammer

Shortly before his recent death, Charles Krauthammer alluded that he had no doubt some of the 30k emails Hillary deleted from her private e-mail server very likely had references to the Clinton Foundation, which would be illegal and a conflict of interest.

The Clinton Foundation is ”organized crime" at its finest.

Here is a good, concise summary of how the Clinton Foundation works as a tax free international money laundering scheme. It may eventually prove to be the largest political criminal enterprise in U.S. History.

This is a textbook case on how you hide foreign money sent to you and repackage it to be used for your own purposes. All tax free.

Here's how it works:

1. You create a separate foreign "charity." In this case, the Clintons set it up in Canada.

2.  Foreign oligarchs and governments, then donate to this Canadian charity. In this case, over 1,000 did –“contributing mega millions. I'm sure they did this out of the goodness of their hearts, and expected nothing in return.  (Imagine Putin's buddies waking up one morning and just deciding to send untold millions to a Canadian charity).

3. The Canadian charity then bundles these separate donations and makes a massive donation to the Clinton Foundation.

4. The Clinton Foundation and the cooperating Canadian charity claim Canadian law prohibits the identification of individual donors.

5. The Clinton Foundation then "spends" some of this money for legitimate good works programs.  Unfortunately, experts believe this is on the order of 10%.  Much of the balance goes to enrich the Clintons, pay salaries to untold numbers of hangers on, and fund lavish travel, etc. Again, virtually tax free, which means you and I are subsidizing it.

6. The Clinton Foundation, with access to the world's best accountants, somehow fails to report much of this on their tax filings. They discover these "clerical errors" and begin the process of re-filing 5 years of tax returns.

7. Net result – foreign money goes into the Clinton's pockets tax free and untraceable back to the original donor. This is the textbook definition of money laundering. Oh, by the way, the Canadian "charity" includes as a principal one Frank Giustra. Google him.  He is the guy who was central to the formation of Uranium One, the Canadian company that somehow acquired massive U.S. Uranium interests and then sold them to an organization controlled by Russia. This transaction required U.S. State Department approval, and guess who was Secretary of State when the approval was granted.

As an aside, imagine how former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell feels. That poor schlep is in jail because he and his wife took $165,000 in gifts and loans for doing minor favors for a guy promoting a vitamin company. Not legal but not exactly putting U.S. Security at risk.

Sarcasm aside, if you're still not persuaded this was a cleverly structured way to get unidentified foreign money to the Clintons, ask yourself this:
Why did these foreign interests funnel money through a Canadian charity? Why not donate directly to the Clinton Foundation? Better yet, why not donate money directly to the people, organizations and countries in need?

This is the essence of money laundering and influence peddling. Now you know why Hillary's destruction of 30,000 e-mails was a risk she was willing to take. Bill and Hillary are devious, unprincipled, dishonest and criminal and they are Slick!

Looking at GDP growth

In 2008, the year beginning Obama’s administration, the GDP was 14.83 trillion dollars. In 2016, at the end of Obama’s administration the GDP was 16.716 trillion dollars. That calculates out to slightly more the 1.5% GDP growth per year.

In 2017, the one full year of President Trump’s administration, the GDP was 17.096 trillion dollars. That calculates out to about 2.2% GDP growth for his first year in office. To me, this is a simple and straightforward way to look at GDP growth. It allows for comparing one administration to another. Once the Trump administration has more than one year of data, this comparison will  be more useful.

We should stop calling them all 'Entitlements'. Welfare, Food Stamps, WIC, ad nausea are not entitlements. They are taxpayer-funded handouts, and shouldn't be called entitlements at all. Social Security and Veterans Benefits are Entitlements because the people receiving them are entitled to them. They were earned and paid for by the recipients.

Will Rosenstein be impeached?

If you have any common sense, Rosenstein's stonewalling congressional requests for documents is obviously a cover up tactic to hide his and his fellow high-level FBI cohorts illegal activities in their covert operation to frame President Trump for fabricated accusations and probably their illegal activities in the sham investigation involving Hillary Clinton. Therefore, I am encouraged by the recent filing of impeachment proceedings against Rosenstein. Below is a copy of an article providing good information regarding this action.

Reps. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., and Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, allege in the filing that Rosenstein has failed to respond to congressional demands for documents, and Meadows tweeted: "We have had enough."

"That's all we want, are the documents. What we have found is not only have subpoenas been ignored, but information has been hidden. Efforts have been stonewalled. I guess for us it's all about transparency so the American people can judge for themselves. So they may be able to ignore congress, but they can't ignore the American people."

"We have caught the Department of Justice hiding information, redacting information they shouldn't have," added Jordan. "We know that Rod Rosenstein threatened house committee intelligence staffers when they were trying to do their job, our job of doing the constitutional job we are supposed to do.

"We are tired of the justice department giving us the finger and not giving us the information we are entitled to do to do our constitutional duty of the American people are sick of it."

The articles include a series of allegations against Rosenstein, including that Rosenstein has a conflict of interest in Mueller's probe because he is a "witness" that could be called in the ongoing investigation into potential abuse.

"As such, his conduct in authorizing the FISA surveillance at issue in the joint congressional investigation makes him a fact witness central to the ongoing investigation of potential FISA abuse," read the articles of impeachment according to the Hill.

"Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein's failure to recuse himself in light of this inherent conflict of interest and failure to recommend the appointment of a second special counsel constitute dereliction of duty. Wherefore, Rod Rosenstein, by such conduct, warrants impeachment and trial, and removal from office."

They also allege Rosenstien has "repeatedly failed to produce documents" requested by the House Judiciary Committee and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee that are investigating FBI and DOJ decision-making during the 2016 presidential election, The Hill reported.

Rosenstein, they allege, has also "attempted to conceal certain facts" by overly redacting documents they requested.

Be done with the excuses already!!!

Unless you are an Ostrich and purposely ignorant, you have heard at least several of Hillary Clinton’s excuses for why she lost the election. Fox news has a list of 42 excuses she has used for losing the election. None of her excuses address the fact that she lost because she was a terrible candidate or because most people find her to be so unlikable. When will the "common democrat" wake up?

I find myself becoming bored with the constantly manufactured media hysteria regarding Trump. Do you remember the hysteria which was whipped up by the “liberal” media before Trump was elected? They all climbed on board of the hysteria declaring that if Trump were elected, then there would be a gigantic recession. Such a blatant lie!!! Instead of the economy crashing, we are experiencing a truly magnificent and robust economy caused entirely by two actions. The first was President Trump’s dedicated effort to eliminate business-killing government regulations. He accomplished this entirely on his own without any support from the congress. Then, there was the tax cut which he initiated, and when the GOP FINALLY PROVIDED SUPPORT, the bill was passed. This accelerated the improvement of the economy.

However, do you remember how the “liberal” media cried hysterically that the “common people” would see no improvement in their wages or job situation from the passage of the tax bill? Another manufactured hysterical lie, right! There was a plethora of companies announcing pay raises and bonuses for “common people” as a result of the passage of the tax cut. Of course, the “liberal” media provided as little coverage of the pay raises and bonuses as was possible to avoid writing anything positive about President Trump.

Do you remember the hysterical lies printed by the “liberal” media accusing Trump of misogamy and other biases, and claiming that women and minorities would be placed in dire jeopardy because of Trump’s alleged biases. More manufactured hysteria based on nothing but pure lies, as is evidenced by the actual reality. Unemployment of blacks, Hispanics, and women are the lowest in America’s history. Of course, the “liberal” media is standing on its head with outlandish comments intended to deny that these positive results must be attributed to President Trump. If President Trump were to be filmed walking on water, the CNN news network would report that “Trump can’t swim.” How long can the “liberal” media continue to manufacture lies and encourage unwarranted hysteria before the majority of the democrats begin to see the hypocrisy and lies for what they are?

Where is God?

I find it disgusting to hear so-called "liberal' Hollywood atheists trying to assume a 'superior moral' position when they spew their hate-filled rhetoric regarding President Trump. Actors like Robert Deniro can't even utter a complete sentence without using vile, vulgar expletives. Other Hollywood figures such as Whoopee Glodberg can't even have a conversation without spewing excessive hate at her guests on her show who dare to express a different opinion. The political left has become totally devoid of any semblance of civility in their rabid excessive hatred. They are pushing for a nuclear war with Russia so that they can then blame the destruction on President Trump. The left-wing liberals began to depart from any support of morality many years ago when they began a dedicated effort to destroy all religious expression in America, and most of the professors in our colleges are blatantly either socialistic or communistic in their beliefs and expound on hatred of America as part of their campaign. One person I know sent their son to a well-known college and now complains that he sent a decent human being to college and was returned a hate-filled socialist. More lies from Peter Strzok

The testimony given by Peter Strzok to the congressional oversight committees can be fully described by a very short phrase, BALD-FACED LIAR. Anyone with an IQ greater than 50 can see clearly that Strzok worshipped Hillary Clinton and had a vile, overpowering hatred for Donald Trump. Documents clearly show that Strzok used every possible excuse and action to prevent Hillary Clinton from being prosecuted for her obvious and multiple felonies, and just as clearly shows Strzok’s deep involvement in the attempted and ongoing attempt to frame Donald Trump for a non-existent fabricated crime. Strzok’s claim that his actions were never affected by his blatant hatred of Trump evidenced by the overwhelming volume of hateful texts with his FBI ‘lover’ is beyond ludicrous. His documented efforts to ‘hurry’ the Clinton sham investigation so that he could more quickly move into the ‘fabricated investigation’ of Donald Trump clearly show his efforts to act on his ‘overwhelming hateful emotions’, and also clearly show that he had zero desire to make any effort to learn the truth. He is a perfect example of the complete misuse of power as a personal weapon against others simply based on hatred.  

The "walkaway campaign"

As Straka puts it, “They will insist that you are a victim doomed to exist within a system that is rigged against you…that you are a victim of systematic oppression…that you are a victim of your circumstances, and no amount of hard work or motivational action will ever allow you to overcome your victimhood or the privilege of those around you.” 

In rejecting the Greatest Lie, the members of #walkaway are rejecting the Democrats’ only recruitment tool – victimization. Those walking away are rebels, an “awoke” army declaring their freedom as individuals, claiming their futures and their very lives. They’re ringing an echo of the patriots of 1776. 

As Candace Owens of TurningPointUSA put it in her electrifying speech onstage at the Western Conservative Summit in Denver, they are fleeing the plantation of Democrat servitude. Most of all, they are awakening to the self-actualization and fierce can-do spirit that is at the very core of the American experiment.  

China continues to push for trade war

The government of China is a dictatorship which has no respect for any kind of law. They have been engaged in unfair trade practices for years and years in addition to purposeful theft of our intellectual property. If you read about their stated goals, they intend to continue to practice thievery and predatory trade practices into the foreseeable future. President Trump is absolutely correct in his assessment, and totally warranted in initiating trade measures that address the rogue policies of the Chinese government. The Trump administration pushed ahead with plans to impose tariffs on an additional $200 billion of Chinese products by releasing a list of targets, marking a sharp escalation in a trade war between the world's two largest economies.
The tariffs could take effect after public consultations end on Aug. 30, according to a statement from the U.S. Trade Representative’s office Tuesday. The proposed list of goods includes consumer items such as clothing, television components and refrigerators as well as other high-tech items, but it omitted some high-profile products like mobile phones.

The U.S. said it had no choice but to move forward on the new tariffs after China failed to respond to the administration’s concerns over unfair trade practices and Beijing’s abuse of American intellectual property, according to two senior officials who spoke to reporters. High-level talks between the two countries starting in May failed to deliver a breakthrough to head off a trade war.

“For over a year, the Trump administration has patiently urged China to stop its unfair practices, open its market, and engage in true market competition,” U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said in an emailed statement. “Unfortunately, China has not changed its behavior -- behavior that puts the future of the U.S. economy at risk. Rather than address our legitimate concerns, China has begun to retaliate against U.S. products. There is no justification for such action.”

The move drew immediate condemnation from Senate Finance Chairman Orrin Hatch, a Republican from Utah, who called it “reckless” and not “targeted.”

The Trump administration on July 6 imposed 25 percent duties on $34 billion in Chinese imports, the first time the president has implemented tariffs directly on Beijing after threatening to do so for months. The first round of tariffs covered Chinese products ranging from farming plows to machine tools and communications satellites.

China immediately retaliated with duties on the same value of U.S. goods, including soybeans and cars.

In addition, the U.S. is considering separate duties on a further $16 billion in Chinese goods, after a public hearing later this month. China has vowed to retaliate dollar-for-dollar to any further U.S. tariffs.

The International Monetary Fund has warned that a full-blown trade war could undermine the broadest global upswing in years. But Trump hasn’t backed down, arguing that China’s unfair trading practices are hurting American workers.

The president last month asked the U.S. Trade Representative’s office to identify $200 billion of Chinese goods that could be hit with 10 percent tariffs. Since then, the president has said his administration could impose duties on virtually all Chinese imports into the U.S.

Trump has been considering tariffs against China since his officials concluded in March that Beijing violates U.S. intellectual-property rights, such as by forcing American firms to hand over technology.
